History

Total Pure Institute was created including the concept of corporate responsibility, in order to change public policies and therefore social realities.

The study center at Total Pure Institute aims to educate and train youths, helping people achieve subsequent placement in the labor market.

By gaining community knowledge, understanding and realizing their needs, we plan to change realities, for example through the donation of equipment and machinery for the local hospital in Itaquiraí - MS.

Mission

Total Pure Institutes’ mission is to become a reference for young people in technical and vocational training, with subsequent placement in the labor market, offering psychologically based support and direction to youths and families. In order to conduct the role we have excellent human resources that are always available, putting the desires of the community first and based on human values, which are upheld and prioritized by the organizational participants of the project.

Vision

We believe in a social vision, one in which we analyse macro and micro aspects such as the local environment where our institution operates, as well as the country in which the company is located. The social, political and economic situation is carefully and critically taken into account, to allow for joint decision-making. This includes the beneficiaries, all those who are part of this project, and the community itself, so that every decision taken reflects thoughtful inclusion of all.

We believe that it is possible to change social realities. Our work is done in conjunction with the community, is aimed at social participation in decision-making, and in the construction of our goals. Our goal is to be a reference in education, as a base for support and management of youths, as well as job placements in the labor market. We are concerned about hearing from the community, and attending to their needs, such as fundraising in order to buy machines and tools for the hospital in Itaquiraí – MS, which lacks these things. In other words, we work on the premise of becoming a bridge between the community and the key players in government, in order to create further change in public policies, creating the change of social
