January, 1999 in the Nova Espadilha Farm, which is in the city of Itaquiraí – State of Mato Grosso do Sul – Brazil, was collected a water sample for analysis at the Laboratory ATA – Analysis.
In 28/01/1999 came the analysis report, which had the number 0209/99, and for the surprise of everybody was amazing, was the best result ever in 25 years of experience, due to the level of purity of the water.
Since then, the expert Uriel Duarte, PHD of CEPAS (Research Centre for Groundwater) in Institute of Hydrogeology of the Geosciences at the University of São Paulo – Brazil, had started the water research, in February 1999.
The water was demineralized and naturally distilled since the beginning. Which means, straight from the source, without filtering process, and the most important thing: we have natural source, with the most natural and pure water e.g total TDS dissolved salts 4-7 mg/L, and total hardness 0.0 to 1.0 mg/L.
Firstly the main objective of the Itaqui Pure water are increase the quality of life for people who suffer from renal diseases, sells for the pharmaceutical industry, hospitals to sterilize tolls and to help people there, and for people who are doing hemodialysis.
Secondly the objective are the retail market and to be a centre for research and development for new technologies.
